Bans taxpayer funded lobbying<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB00383I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 383<\/a> (Rep Harrison) &#8211; Protects all persons in Texas from a private entity COVID-19 vaccine requirement as a condition of employment, admission or contract<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB00468I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 468<\/a> (Rep Harrison) &#8211; Prohibits additions to student vaccine requirement by agency rule\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB00730I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 730<\/a> (Rep Swanson) &#8211; Requires the Department of State Health Services to provide a blank exemption affidavit available for download and prohibits DSHS from collecting personal information<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB00943I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 943<\/a> (Rep Cain) &#8211; Requires informed consent before administering a COVID-19 vaccine to any Texan and creates a penalty for healthcare provider who administers a COVID-19 vaccine to a patient who is under duress<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB00962I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 962<\/a> (Rep Toth) &#8211; Requires healthcare providers to report vaccine injuries and adverse events to VAERS<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB01082I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 1082<\/a> (Rep Curry) &#8211; Requires the Department of State Health Services provide a blank exemption form on its website that can be downloaded without having to provide any personal information first and prohibits DSHS from collecting or maintaining any personal information of those who access or download the form<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB01134I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 1134<\/a> (Rep Oliverson) &#8211; Prevents the Department of State Health Services from collecting and maintaining information about the number of exemption affidavits requested each year by zip code<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB01304I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 1304<\/a> (Rep Hopper) and <a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00122I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 122<\/a> (Hall) &#8211; Requires labeling of any medical product containing aborted fetal tissue<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB01356I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 1356<\/a> (Rep Schatzline) &#8211; Prohibits the denial of medical care based on patient&#8217;s vaccination status<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB01468I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HB 1468<\/a> (Rep Leo Wilson) and <a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00407I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 407<\/a> (Sen Middleton) &#8211; Prohibits healthcare facilities from denying reasons of conscience exemptions to vaccines<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/HJ00091I.pdf#navpanes=0\">HJR 91<\/a> (Rep Hopper) &#8211; Proposes a constitutional amendment enumerating the right to refuse any vaccination\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00091I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 91<\/a> (Sen Hall) &#8211; Holds employers liable for vaccine injury if they require a vaccine as a condition of employment and do not accept exemptions\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00094I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 94<\/a> (Sen Hall) &#8211; Prohibits Texas schools from denying admission to a student who can show proof that an exemption has been requested from the Department of State Health Services<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00095I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 95<\/a> (Sen Hall) &#8211; Requires that healthcare providers obtain full informed consent before administering a vaccine to a child; creates a penalty for failure to do so<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00096I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 96<\/a> (Sen Hall) &#8211; Requires healthcare providers to provide information on vaccine risks, to maintain a permanent record of vaccine administration details, and to report all observed vaccine injuries to VAERS<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00117I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 117<\/a> (Sen Hall) &#8211; Restricts isolation and quarantine measures and allows Texans to preserve medical liberty even if subject to isolation or quarantine measures<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00269I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 269<\/a> (Sen Perry) &#8211; Describes vaccine and drug-related adverse events and requires healthcare providers to report these events<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/capitol.texas.gov\/tlodocs\/89R\/billtext\/pdf\/SB00315I.pdf#navpanes=0\">SB 315<\/a> (Sen Kolkhorst) &#8211;
