You listened to thousands of Texans who signed the TFVC petition urging you to put medical liberty on the call for the next Special Session, and we are grateful for that!<\/p>

We want to make it easy for you to keep your promise, so we have drafted the proclamation<\/a>. All this needs is your signature! Thank you in advance for tasking the legislature with passing the Texas COVID Vaccine Freedom Act.<\/p>

PROCLAMATION<\/strong><\/p>

Governor of the State of Texas<\/strong><\/p>

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME:<\/strong><\/p>

I, GREG ABBOTT, Governor of the State of Texas, by the authority vested in me by Article III, Sections 5 and 40, and Article IV, Section 8 of the Texas Constitution, do hereby call extraordinary session #3 of the 88th Legislature, to convene in the City of Austin, commencing at [time], [month] [date], 2023, for the following purposes:<\/p>

To consider and act upon the following:<\/p>

Legislation to enshrine the right to informed consent into Texas law<\/p>

Legislation to prohibit the administration of a COVID vaccine to any resident of Texas who is under duress or undue influence to consent to vaccination<\/p>

The Secretary of State will take notice of this action and will notify the members of the legislature of my action.<\/p>
